Anxiety, life stressors or unprocessed trauma can manifest in physical forms, appearing as headache, back pain, indigestion, mood swing, insomnia and other forms. At the same time, it can bring negativities into our relationships and daily lives.
The Artwell studio offers creative wellness sessions and guided art-based activities for various age groups and hold space for individuals to play, express, connect, form allyship and heal. It is a safe and gentle way to tap into our emotions and reconnect with the inner child.
